Operations and people, built together.
I'm an operational architect who works at the intersection of business strategy, organizational systems, and human capital. As a Chief Operating Officer and People executive, I help high-growth companies work through the friction of scale and build an operation that holds up as they grow.
I own the operating system of the company. I build the infrastructure, and I manage the human capital that runs on top of it.
I work with founders, CEOs, boards, and investors to find the bottleneck, bring down compliance risk across jurisdictions, and set up the operating playbook for the next stage of growth.
Where it started
I began my career in event planning and production, where the deadline never moves and something always goes wrong. It taught me to build slack into systems. A COO saw something in how I worked and built my path into People and operations, and I try to do the same for the leaders I develop. At Capital Factory, I worked directly with hundreds of early-stage companies as they built their first hiring processes and structures. That gave me pattern recognition on which choices hold up at scale and which break, and it's the foundation of the method on this site.
